HEALTHCARE SCHEDULER FULL-TIME!

ARCADIA IS HIRING A SCHEDULER/STAFFING COORDINATOR TO MANAGE THE FIELD STAFF SCHEDULES FOR HOME CARE AND STAFFING IN THE BRIDGEVILLE PA.AREA. MONDAY-FRIDAY 8A-5P SCHEDULE. 

Responsibilities include managing all field staff schedules including HHAs, CNAs, STNA's, find coverage for homecare and facility shifts, assign open homecare cases to available staff, report changes to supervisor, monitor absenteeism and tardiness of field staff, communicate clearly with field staff and office personnel, converse with facility nurses and managers, work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma mandatory -- Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent in experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be eager to contact employees to fill open shifts
• Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Must have knowledge of computer systems
• Previous experience working in scheduling or staffing is a must -- home care or facility care experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel to company locations
