Job Description
As a SQL Server/JavaScript/SSRS Support Specialist you will provide support, advice and practical assistance to clients, partners and colleagues via the support portal, telephone system and remote software tools. You are the first point of contact for all technical and operational enquiries, you diagnose problems and identify appropriate solutions, taking into account the applied service levels. The successful candidate will:
· Ensure a daily follow up on open requests and provide accurate feedback to the client.
· Follow standard procedures for proper internal escalations on unresolved cases.
· Document recurring problems by means of notes and technical articles through the knowledge base.
· Ensure the proper functioning of the ASP platform and react proactively on anomalies detected by the automated monitoring system.
This position is based in North Richland Hills, Texas and reports to the Managing Member
