Job Description

Position available for an Entry Level Immigration Attorney or Intern to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on visa cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and draft all types of immigration cases.
• Filing L1A visas, EB1, Eb-5, National Interest Waivers, H1B, O Visas, P-visas, E-2 visas and others in a timely manner.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willingness in a busy immigration law practice filing all types of cases aforementioned above.
• Must be extremely organized and impeccable at meeting deadlines.
• Must excel at case management.
• You are going to be very busy and expected to work long hours to learn immigration law.
• English Fluency level comparable to a native English speaker
• Excellent Writing Skills Are Critical
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Portuguese Speakers & Spanish speakers will be given preference.

The Firm is directed by Attorney Carmen Arce, who is board certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Immigration & Nationality Law. Although there are literally thousands of attorneys who practice Immigration & Nationality Law in the state of Florida, currently only 79 are board certified by the Florida Bar. You will work in our beautiful newly constructed office in the heart of Brickell, Miami's financial district. We seek to hire an entry level attorney and we will train you.
