Schedule for the Office Manager:

Note: The Office Manager must be in 30 minutes before patient care hours and leave within the hour at the end of the day:

• Monday: 9AM - 5PM

• Tuesday: 12PM - 8PM

• Wednesday: 12PM - 6PM

• Thursday: 7AM - 3PM

• Friday - Sunday: CLOSED

Requirements and Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

• 1-2 years of experience in dental office management

• Check patients in and out of the practice.

• Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.

• Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed.

• Manage and coordinate insurance verification, collections, and appeals.

• Organize and present payment schedules to patients.

• Open the office in the mornings.

• Maintain communication with referral offices.

• Maintain hygiene and doctor’s schedules.

• Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
