    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Statistics, or relevant field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a business analysis role, Human Resources, or related experience.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and business intelligence software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • An understanding of the consulting process and project lifecycle.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Gather and interpret relevant data and information.
    • Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets.
    • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate reports.
    • Document and report findings and work collaboratively with the consulting team to develop actionable strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and senior consultants.
    • Support project management tasks, including scheduling and coordination.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of business solutions.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

    Client Responsibilities:

    • Support the consulting team in delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.
    • Help prepare materials for client presentations and meetings.
    • Engage with clients to gather necessary data and feedback for analysis.
    • Ensure timely communication of findings and insights to the consulting team and clients.
    • Contribute to the creation of client deliverables such as reports and dashboards.
    • Assist with the facilitation of client workshops and meetings as needed.
    • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
    • Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of client information.
