Schedule for the Treatment Coordinator:

• Monday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00AM-7:00PM

• Thursday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

• Saturday: 8:00AM-1:00PM (twice per month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:

• At least 1-2 years of dental experience (Treatment Coordinating experience preferred)

• Knowledgeable in dental codes and insurances

• Present and sell treatment plans to patients with a high conversion rate 

• Reach out to recall patients to schedule appointments

• Handle accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances

• Carry out insurance verification

• Ensure that the providers' schedules are filled 

• Strong skills in sales with a friendly personality
