    Schedule for the Overflow Coordinator:

    • Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

    Responsibilities for the Overflow Coordinator:

    • Open and close computers, x-ray machines, all units, lights, and TVs at the beginning and end of each day.
    • Set up lab, clinic, and each unit for patients
    • Ensure a constant supply of sterile instruments, take impressions, pour up models, fabricate Essix retainers, and fax lab prescriptions.
    • Ensure the brushing station, bathroom, and units are cleaned and stocked throughout the day.
    • Sweep and mop the clinic throughout the day.
    • Take full records for debond patients or new patient exams (if needed).
    • Upload panos, cephs, and pictures.
    • Take impressions/ bite registration and deliver retainers.
    • Assist with bonding and debonding appointments:
    • Handle referrals/letters, and add points to patients' reward cards.
    • Keep clinic, lab, and restroom areas clean, keep up with ongoing sterilization, and ensure instruments are always available throughout the day.
    • Review and discuss current contests with patients/parents.
    • Communication with Parents/Patients about Treatment Progress including oral hygiene, elastic compliance, and broken bracket compliance.
