    Job Title: Account Executive (Sales) - Dental Laboratory and Dental Recruitment/Consulting

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth in both our dental laboratory and dental recruitment/consulting divisions.

    Position Overview:

    The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and building relationships with clients in the dental industry, spanning both our dental laboratory and dental recruitment/consulting divisions. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the dental market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate the value propositions of our services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Development and Client Acquisition:

      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry, targeting dental practices, dental clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.

      • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through targeted prospecting efforts, networking, and industry events.

      • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our dental laboratory and dental recruitment/consulting services.

      • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

    • Client Relationship Management:

      • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.

      • Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their evolving needs, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.

      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred

    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental industry.

    • Strong understanding of dental laboratory services and/or dental recruitment/consulting, with a demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions to clients.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with dental professionals.

    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
