Schedule for the Associate Dentist :

• Monday-Thursday: 10:00AM-6:00PM

• Friday: 10:00AM-5:00PM

• Saturday: 9AM-3:00PM

• Must be able to work at least three days per week

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Associate Dentist:

• 2+ years of experience

• Hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois.

• Will participate in an orientation program at the practice in order to permit the Associate to begin providing services on a predetermined start date.

• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at the Associate’s sole expense, professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

• Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc.

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and diagnose oral health issues

• Evaluate the patient's dental and facial structure, and determine the need for orthodontic treatment.

• Design a treatment plan tailored to the patient's needs, which may include braces, retainers, or other orthodontic appliances.

• Educate patients and their families about proper oral hygiene and care during treatment, and help them understand the importance of compliance with the treatment plan.
