Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Attend and participate in planning and promoting company-sponsored marketing events.
- Identify and source top talent for our clients through various channels, including, but not limited to, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their personal needs and unique preferences.
- Communicate with dental schools, associations, and other industry professionals to establish and nurture strategic partnerships.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including communication, feedback, and follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with respective clients
Qualifications:
- No experience required!
- Previous experience in recruiting or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role, ensuring accurate documentation, precise candidate assessments, and meticulous tracking of recruitment data.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to both team and solo work.
- Possess the ability to think critically, solve complex problems with innovative and creative solutions.
