Our comprehensive guidebook serves as the foundation for our consultancy solutions, and we are actively seeking a Management Consultant to lead our efforts in implementing these transformative strategies.     Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning & Execution:

    • Lead the implementation of our dental HR consultancy guidebook across various dental practices.

    • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for dental practices, ensuring consistent communication and managing expectations.

    • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, including Lunch & Learns, Shareholder & Lead Meetings, and Feedback sessions.

    Team Leadership:

    • Coordinate with the internal team, ensuring that all members are on board with project requirements and timelines.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Resource Management:

    • Ensure that all projects have the necessary resources and tools to succeed. 
    • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project status.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Regularly review and refine processes, suggesting improvements to the guidebook and implementation strategies based on real-world feedback and results.  

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.

    • Proven experience as a Project/Office Manager, preferably in the Dental or Healthcare sector.

    • Familiarity with HR systems and practices.

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

    • Proficient in project management software tools.
