    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with strong web development skills and experience with C# to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the technical skills to implement their designs. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical proficiency to create visually appealing and user-friendly web applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    UI/UX Design:

    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Design visually compelling user interfaces and ensure a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
    • Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.

    Web Development:

    • Translate design specifications into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to implement interactive features and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
    • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
    • Maintain and improve existing web applications to enhance user experience.
    • Implement enhancements based on research findings and requirements, ensuring that the developed features meet specified criteria and contribute to the overall improvement of the system.

    Backend Integration:

    • Work with C# to develop and maintain backend services and APIs that support the web applications.
    • Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
    • Optimize application performance and scalability.
    • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.
    • Implement features related to data management and analytics, ensuring that the system can effectively collect, store, and analyze data to support reporting requirements.

    Documentation:

    • Document system processes and procedures during the development phase, ensuring that all technical aspects are well-documented and understandable.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
    • Solid web development experience, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience with C# and .NET frameworks.
    • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
