    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in carrying out HR processes in this early-stage company. This individual will be core to onboarding processes for both corporate and field hiring. As ArchWell Health grows, this will be a hands-on colleague who readily jumps into any needed project. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues, supporting internal HR programs, and administration of HR systems are all part of the role. This is a fast-paced position that will provide high quality development and growth in the HR domain.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as a key representative of HR for colleague requests and questions
    • Manages new colleague onboarding, including new hire correspondence and welcome package, HRIS management, IT provisioning requests, and I-9 documentation
    • Manages the offboarding process, including facilitation of equipment retrieval
    • Submits online investigation requests for new hire background checks
    • Carries out HR programs and processes, including but not limited to time entry, onboarding checklists, benefits enrollment, and expense reimbursement
    • Assists with creation of publications for upcoming events or routine information
    • Performs clerical support functions as needed to keep the department organized and moving efficiently
    • Maintains and updates colleague files and documents
    • Maintains HR-centric databases and updates relevant information
    • Assists with processing of new hires and terminations
    • Assists with travel coordination for company-sponsored events
    • Completes Verification of Employment requests
    • Provides hands-on support for orientation events/setup
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Organized, systems thinker adept at understanding and documenting processes, and not afraid to suggest changes for improvement
    • Flexibility in juggling priorities of a rapidly growing business, with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Curious, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to learn and develop new skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
    • Working or strong knowledge of health and ancillary benefits
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proactive, and willing to aid in additional tasks toward goal completion
    • Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours to meet business needs

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
    • Two (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year required
    • SHRM-CP credential preferred
