  • Responsibilities

    As a People Operations Associate, you will play a key role supporting the People Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations. Culture curation and employee experience are important to you. The responsibilities of the role are very diverse and the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for people. The goal is to ensure the People Operations department runs smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee the San Francisco office through regular check-ins and general office upkeep and ensure the office is compliant with local regulations regarding covid-19 and Coronavirus
    • Act as primary contact with Building Management for office security processes and procedures such as keycard access, ad hoc requests, etc.
    • Effectively own web operations projects related, but not limited to employee onboarding and offboarding platform management
    • Regularly meet with new employees and guide them through their orientation process
    • Responsible for Company paperwork documentation, storage and organization
    • Assist with event planning for our company all hands
    • Organize and maintain customer contracts and vendor agreements
    • Scheduling/Schedule Coordination

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-3 years experience with People Operations, office management and/or general administrative duties
    • Ability to work both independently with minimal to no direction as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment
    • Exceptional customer facing skills with an approachable, positive demeanor and open attitude to effectively communicate across several times zones
    • Diligent, highly organized with a strong attention to detail
    • Collaborative with a mindset focused on problem solving
    • Curious with a desire to proactively improve processes as it pertains to our set objectives
    • Working knowledge of G Suite (drive, docs, sheets, etc.), Slack, Zoom Video Conferencing

    DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
