Everhart Architecture Company is looking for a technically strong, proactive Senior Technical Architect to take ownership of residential projects, keep work moving independently, and help lead a growing production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex project requirements into accurate, buildable final drawing sets. Resolve field, detailing, and structural coordination issues with sound judgment. Own residential projects through coordinated, construction-ready drawing sets. Guide, prioritize, and review the work of a growing team of up to five people. Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Qualifications: 5–7+ years of residential architectural background; licensed preferred. Proven ability to independently manage projects from documentation through final CDs. Strong 3D/model-based design skills; Chief Architect preferred; Revit experience welcome. Registered Architect preferred; strong leadership or team-management experience is a plus. Proactive, organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
