    A skilled and proactive Architect Project Manager with Architect II + level experience to lead projects within our Science and Technology and Healthcare studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, understands the technical nuances of architecture, appreciates design, and is passionate about guiding teams and projects to success.

    What We’re Looking For
    A technically competent, organized, and engaged leader who can manage large and multiple small to medium-sized tenant improvement projects - often concurrently. This person should be comfortable jumping into the documents, leading meetings with clarity, and providing direction to team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage multiple S+T and healthcare projects.
    • Provide clear direction and mentorship to design and technical staff.
    • Actively participate in project documentation and technical development.
    • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate client meetings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
    • Generate space plans and initiate project work when staffing is limited.
    • Ensure projects stay financially on track and aligned with client goals.
    • This individual will take full ownership of workplace projects and may serve as an Assistant PM on large-scale high profile projects (e.g., Amazon).

    Qualifications

    • Arch 2+ level experience
    • Strong technical background and ability to contribute to project documentation.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience with tenant improvement projects.
    • Familiarity with Revit and other design tools.
    • Workplace experience is a positive

    $95,000-$130,000 per year
