Architect - LR

Position Purpose

The Architect will be part of a team, led by a senior team member that will provide support, guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of assigned projects. The Architect will be assigned to projects with design responsibilities in a variety of industries and construction phases of multiple projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities __

• Produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.

• Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld

• Attend design and project meetings with clients and project team.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships

• Participate in project interviews for new projects

• Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Travel: 10% - 15%

Competencies

• Experience in Revit and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Prior Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire

• 5+ years' experience.

• Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.
