They are looking for an Architect to support the planning and design of single-family and multi-family residential developments.

This role focuses on ensuring architectural designs align with zoning regulations, building codes, and project timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality residential projects.

Architect Responsibilities:

• Plan and design residential projects, including single-family and multi-family homes.
• Define project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams on design specifications, materials, and construction details.
• Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments and external consultants to support project timelines and quality.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  

Architect Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction or an architectural firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and design standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation: $100K - $110K + bonus
