We’re seeking an Architect Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience, strong design skills, and technical expertise to lead our Housing Studio. This is a great opportunity to grow within a collaborative and steadily expanding firm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Project leadership through all phases of design and construction

· Manage, facilitate, and be held accountable for all aspects of a project including schedule, budget, project deliverables, and design quality

· Responsible for Client and consultant management

· Clearly communicate critical milestones and project requirements to the project team

· Assist in proposal development for potential projects

· Responsible for the quality control of the project and accountable for the quality assurance of the design documents

· Responsible for identifying training needs for staff and opportunities for growth and communicating them to the Principal In-Charge

 

Minimum Requirements:

· Registered Architect

· 7 years of experience

· Strong collaboration and leadership skills

· Technical knowledge of Revit, Adobe and Microsoft Suite programs

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Strong presentation abilities

· Devotion to the creation of dynamic, engaging design
