Architectural Coordinator / Project Architect 
Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $85k – $110k

Konik is partnering with a local company seeking an experienced architectural professional to support multi-family housing projects from early design through construction documentation and administration. This role blends design, technical detailing, and project coordination within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop site plans, concept designs, and graphic presentations.
• Produce accurate design and construction documentation and detailing.
• Support BIM workflows, including model management and coordination.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with Construction Administration tasks (RFIs, submittals, coordination).
• Apply working knowledge of building codes, engineering systems, and specifications development.
• The position supports and/or leads project efforts depending on experience level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in the State of Minnesota is a bonus
• 5–10 years of architectural experience, preferably in multi-family housing projects or similar.
• Comfortable working with AIA documents and interpreting building codes.
• Proficient in Revit, Lumion, and MS Office
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.
