Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.

Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.

Prepare presentations and design concepts for client meetings.

Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Maintain organized project documentation and files.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting, or a related field.

Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.

Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in architectural design or drafting, a minimum 5 years

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
