    Position Overview: We seek a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. You are a design thinker, with a strong desire to learn, who converts conceptual ideas into meaningful architectural drawings. You are involved in all phases of design, from schematic development through construction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop design concepts and architectural drawings using such tools as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

    Assist with project documentation, including construction documents and specifications

    Coordinate work with other disciplines in the design team

    Research materials, codes, and construction techniques

    Participate in client meetings and presentations

    Support project teams throughout each phase of design and construction

    Qualifications:

    4 - 10 years of relevant experience working in an architectural firm

    Revit proficiency is required; knowledge of other design software, like AutoCAD, is a plus

    Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills

    Excellent communication and organizing abilities

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Understand building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles

    Educational Qualifications:

    Associates Degree in Architectural Technology

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (strongly preferred)
