    Architectural Designer 

    Bloomington, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $80k - $95k

    Konik is partnering with an Architectural and Engineering firm in the Twin Cities South Metro, seeking an Architectural Designer to add to their growing firm.  In this role, you will work under the direction of a Project Manager or Architect, preparing construction documents and detailed drawings for commercial and educational building projects.


    Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

    • Create architectural design drawings and models in Revit for commercial and educational projects
    • Develops, modifies, and reviews construction documents using Revit
    • Collaborate with team members and consultants on projects
    • Work on multiple projects at once and contribute to the coordination, planning, and design of projects under the guidance of a Project Architect or Project Manager

    Architectural Designer Qualifications:

    • Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Architecture
    • 7+ years of professional experience in Architecture
    • Knowledgeable with varied commercial building projects
    • Proficiency with Revit
