Architectural Healthcare Project Manager (Architect III / Senior Project Manager)
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing, design-forward architecture practice that’s expanding its healthcare portfolio and looking to add a strong Project Manager to the team.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. You’ll be trusted to lead, guide teams, and build lasting client relationships while working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery
Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
Manage schedules, coordination, and overall project execution
Oversee contracts, scope, and project financials (with support where needed)
Guide and mentor team members
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
What You Bring
7–8+ years of architectural experience
Proven success operating as a Project Manager on complex projects
Healthcare project experience required (OSHPD/HCAI strongly preferred)
Licensed Architect
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Confident communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project environments
