    Architectural Healthcare Project Manager (Architect III / Senior Project Manager)

    The Opportunity

    We’re partnering with a growing, design-forward architecture practice that’s expanding its healthcare portfolio and looking to add a strong Project Manager to the team.

    This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. You’ll be trusted to lead, guide teams, and build lasting client relationships while working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery

    • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor

    • Manage schedules, coordination, and overall project execution

    • Oversee contracts, scope, and project financials (with support where needed)

    • Guide and mentor team members

    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

    What You Bring

    • 7–8+ years of architectural experience

    • Proven success operating as a Project Manager on complex projects

    • Healthcare project experience required (OSHPD/HCAI strongly preferred)

    • Licensed Architect

    • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly

    • Confident communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project environments

    $100,000-$135,000 per year
