Responsibilities

As a Location Leader, you will oversee the operations, growth, and culture of your assigned office. You will:

• Lead day-to-day management of the office, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with firm goals.
• Foster a strong studio culture built on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Mentor and develop staff, providing career guidance and ensuring professional growth opportunities.
• Partner with firm leadership to drive business development and client relationships within your region.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing levels, and workload distribution to ensure sustainable growth.
• Represent Grace in the local market through community engagement, industry events, and professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or experienced design professional with 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven success in managing teams, budgets, and projects.
• Strong business development skills and ability to grow client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated alignment with Grace’s values of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
• Ability to balance firm-wide strategy with the unique needs of your local team and market.
