    What We’re Looking For

    \- 10+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily projects.

    \- 5+ years of experience in Revit.

    \- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience considered).

    \- Licensed Architect in one of the 50 states (financial support provided for reciprocity in Washington).

    \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Enscape, or similar tools.

    \- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

    \- Understanding of sustainable design principles.

    \- Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight.

    \- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    \- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.

    Responsibilities

    \- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.

    \- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulations.

    \- Review and approve design concepts, plans, and drawings.

    \- Implement quality control procedures to maintain design integrity.

    \- Develop project schedules and manage budgets.

    \- Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.

    \- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

    \- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.

    \- Stay current on design trends, technologies, and tools.

    \- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage entitlement/permitting processes.

    Compensation Package

    $130,000 - $150,000 / year

    The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.
