An architecture and planning firm focused on designing sustainable, community-centered environments is seeking a Architectural Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their San Jose, CA office.
Your Day Includes
Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration
Manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants
Review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance
Play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings
Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates
Must Haves
License and degree in Architecture
8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role)
Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience working on K-12 Education projects
