    Qualifications & Growth:

    Growth-Oriented Role: Opportunity to advance into leadership.

    Experience: 10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial).

    Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.

    Your Role Lead & Mentor: Guide junior designers; ensure quality work and team growth.

    Own Projects: Manage multiple projects independently from design through CDs.

    Deliver Design: Lead projects through entitlements, resolve issues, support production.

    Client-Facing: Align goals, lead meetings, represent the firm with clients and agencies.

    Code & Approvals: Navigate zoning, codes, and entitlement processes; attend city meetings and site visits.

    Drive Innovation: Apply new tools, materials, and methods to improve design outcomes.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong Communicator: Clearly present design ideas and project updates to clients, consultants, and agencies.

    Design Expertise: Create cohesive, technically sound plans, elevations, sections, and specs.

    Organized & Efficient: Manage time well; deliver on schedule and on budget.

    Tech Skills: Proficient in Revit.

    Physical Requirements: Office based role with occasional site visits.
