DEZ Development, a fast-growing design and development firm, is seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to join our team. We specialize in residential and multi-family housing projects and are looking for someone eager to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. Responsibilities: • Assist with residential and multi-family design tasks, from concept to construction documentation. • Support project teams with drafting, modeling, and rendering. • Conduct code and zoning research for various projects. • Help prepare permit submittals and coordinate with city officials. • Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or recently graduated. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other design software. • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and construction documents. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. • A passion for housing design and community-focused projects. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
