Accounting Functions may include:

• Processing Accounts Receivables
• Processing Accounts Payable and Payment of Invoices
• Preparation of Weekly Payroll and All Payroll Returns including Employee Files
• Set up and Maintain All Vendor Files and Job Cost Information
• Preparation of Client Invoices
• Maintain General Ledger Accounts
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements
• Prepare Year End Closing and Reconciliations for Company’s CPA
• Coordinate and Assist with Tax Preparation
• Manage Accounting Software
• Data entry of all payroll and financial records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in keeping a general ledger
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Flexibility
• Good analytical skills
• High level of confidentiality
