We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new client firm in the Miami, tri-county area.  As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, team management, and strategic growth.

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience in architecture management, with a strong background in project management and operations
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth * Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of architecture software and construction processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEED AP or equivalent certification
• Experience with BIM software and collaborative project management tools
• Strong understanding of construction law and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD
• Must have a license
