Arctic Snow and Ice is looking for a Marketing Manager to direct and establish marketing strategies and initiatives that propel sales, strengthen brand recognition, and boost customer commitment. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating and executing a thorough marketing plan that includes market research, product creation, advertising, public relations, and event planning to effectively target our dealer network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Construct and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes market research, online campaigns, product development, advertising, public relations, and event planning

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ascertain that marketing efforts are in line with sales objectives

• Administer the marketing budget and monitor ROI

• Construct and carry out digital marketing campaigns

• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers

• Measure and report the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Stay informed with industry trends and competitor activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing preferred

• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media

• Experience in project management

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Solid leadership and team management skills

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and strengthen brand awareness
