The Robotic Welding Machinist will operate and maintain robotic welding machines in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The machinist will be responsible for setting up the advanced robots, closely monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
• Effectively program and operate cutting-edge robotic welding machines to produce high-precision parts
• Perform regular maintenance on the advanced robotic welding machines to ensure their optimal functioning
• Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the welding process
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and superior product quality
• Continuously improve welding processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
• Utilize a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Apply expertise in precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate welding
• Utilize various welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
• Leverage welding automation software to streamline and optimize the welding process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Robotic Welder Operator
• Extensive experience in programming, setup, operation, and maintenance of robotic welding machines
• In-depth understanding of welding processes and techniques
• Exceptional ability to comprehend and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve any issues
• Proficiency in working with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
