Minimum 5 years of experience required and additional preferred, pay is competitive and based upon knowledge and experience.
This role is for an experienced hands-on employee. One who can instruct and guide junior level maintenance technicians and complete their own tasks. If required, tools can be provided.
This role is based out of our manufacturing facility at 101 N. Euclid Ave in Bradley, IL and travel is less than 5%. A strong mechanical background is required for this role. Our facility is home to a wide variety of equipment from bandsaws to a machining angle line, robotic welding cells, CNC turning center, plasma and laser 2-D plate cutters, metal prep and finishing machines, shot blast cabinet, automated conveyor powder coating line, nitrogen generator system, and CNC brake presses.
Daily tasks include basic maintenance as well as troubleshooting. Projects include new equipment installation or upgrades, equipment moves, and efficiency implements.
Required experience
480V 3 phase, 240V, 208V, 120V electrical working knowledge and conduit installation
125psi compressed air network and piping understanding, compressor maintenance
Industrial hydraulics working knowledge
Industrial ethernet and data cabling
Light fabrication and welding
Industrial electric motor trouble shooting
Working knowledge of combustion engines and industrial vehicles
Robotic welding cell maintenance and repair (Yaskawa, FANUC)
Overhead crane troubleshooting
Preferred experience
VFD drive programming and trouble shooting
Forklift maintenance and troubleshooting experience (battery and combustion engine powdered)
HAAS CNC maintenance and repair
LISSMAC metal finishing machine maintenance
Industrial MIG welder maintenance and repair (Miller)
I-beam monorail chain driven powder coated line
Industrial oven maintenance and troubleshooting
