We are currently seeking a Technical Writer who excels in simplifying complex concepts and ideas to explain the usage of our products effectively. This team member will be responsible for gathering information, identifying the target audience, and crafting manuals, guides, journal articles, and other supporting documentation for Ardalyst.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
    • Analyze and interpret technical information to create clear, concise and user-friendly documentation, which included user manuals, standard operating procedures, and business processes.
    • Create and update internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and training materials.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Produce well written and engaging material.

    Qualifications:

    • Working towards a degree in technical writing, English, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • 6+ months of writing technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or training manuals.
