APM is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily properties throughout Milwaukee. The Property Manager will also be responsible for the supervision and motivation of the maintenance team. Responsibilities: • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Compensation: $36,000 - $38,000
