Small Orange County business litigation law firm with low billable hours requirement seeking a mid-level attorney with the following criteria: 

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• First (preferred) or second chair trial or arbitration experience
• Law and Motion
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills 
• Ability and/or desire to handle all facets of litigation including trial. 
• Depositions

• Minimum 7 years of solid litigation experience
