Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our team. As an Order Filler, you will be tasked with the important responsibility of ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly. You will read incoming orders in a timely manner and and select the correct products from the storehouse for delivery. You will input orders into the delivery software system. You will perform regular inventory checks and maintain stock levels. You will inspect packages to ensure that they are within guidelines before shipping or delivery. You will interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services, or take and enter orders.

Responsibilities

May help load delivery vehicles

Keep inventory reports up to date

Manage inventory, ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Order Filler or in a similar role is preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects repeatedly

Familiarity with computer systems and inventory software

Previous training and/or certifications in Order Fulfillment (not required).

Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
