We are currently seeking a qualified Production Coordinator of Crews to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth coordination and communication of our projects.
Experience/Qualifications:
· Fluent in conversational Spanish
· 2-3 Years of Management Experience
· Construction Project Management experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and communicate with crews on the job.
· Daily morning check-ins with crews to ensure they are en route to the job site.
· End-of-day check-ins with crews to assess job progress.
· Proactively address potential problems and execute resolutions across teams with appropriate resources.
· Collaborate with the coordinator of materials to ensure timely availability of materials on the jobsite.
· Ensure proper and effective use of Onfleet, verifying tasks completed by field runners with uploaded photos in Acculynx.
· Oversee field runners' pickup and delivery of materials efficiently.
· Attend scheduling and planning meetings.
· Train field runners on the proper use of Onfleet, Outlook and Acculynx, and verify their hours daily for the following day.
· Weekly verification of field runners' hours.
· Assist in sourcing materials for crews as needed.
· Provide the bookkeeper with a breakdown of time by job.
· Ensure the organization of the storage area by field workers weekly.
· Assist with scheduling and ordering materials across other job functions as needed.
· Daily engagement in AccuLynx notifications and tasks.
Salary Range: $45,000-$65,000
