Job Description:

As a Door Knocker at Ardmor Construction, you play a crucial role in lead generation and representing our company in every interaction.

Experience/Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of door-knocking experience.

· 2-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience.

· Working knowledge of the Mission and Vision of Ardmor

Job Responsibilities:

· Generate leads for the sales team to acquire new customers.

· Knock doors a minimum of 30 hours per week, excluding storm environments.

· Document work in the door-knocking app and promptly update leads for rapid assignment to a sales rep for follow-up.

· During storm conditions, knock on doors six days a week.

· Be available to work Sunday afternoon if necessary during storms.

· Be on call for storm knocking with a rapid response time.

· Identify productive and profitable areas for work.

· Report any concerns regarding sales reps to the correct Sales Team Leader.

· Recruit new sales reps and earn additional bonuses based on sales per Company Policy.

Salary Range: $36,000 Base plus commission and vehicle

Bonus structure: $25 for appointment, $100 for approved jobs.
