Job Description:

Assist the VP of Sales in all sales management activities, organizing and tracking reports and tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with clear communication skills in both English and Spanish, demonstrating a solutions-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Experience/Qualifications:

· Fluent in Spanish (Required)

· Project Management Experience (Highly Preferred)

· Executive Assistant Experience (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

· Makes Deposits

· Set up sales meetings, track sales meeting attendance, and RSVPs.

· Prepare for sales meetings, including coordinating with other departments.

· Allocate Leads from the door knocker.

· Weekly meetings with the sales team leaders and door knockers, creating reports for the VP of sales to review.

· Responsible for creating and sending invoices to contractors, tracking payments, and depositing payments.

· Manage VP of Sales to-do list and email.

· Ensure that anything the VP is waiting on is moving and returned to him promptly.

· Manage On-fleet for the Sales Field Runner, notifying the Production Coordinator of Crews for utilization.

· Ensure the VP has the photos, documents, and measurement reports to build supplements.

· Research new ways of increasing supplements.

· Post jobs and bring in candidates for sales positions.

· Research, plan, and implement networking opportunities for generating sales reps and opportunities.

· Research new trade/market opportunities.

· Send Menards Rebates.

· Schedule Roofs with Roofing Crews, Schedule Siding with Siding Crews.

· Check with crews.
