Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in a home or facility setting.

Design and implement engaging activities tailored to clients' interests and abilities.

Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Build meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their emotional well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and promote a positive atmosphere.

Document care and activities accurately to ensure continuity and quality of service.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to optimize client care.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.

Experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to engage clients in activities and foster a positive environment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Must pass background checks and drug screening as required.
