We are looking for a physical therapist to join our adult outpatient orthopedics team (1-2 openings depending on full-time/part-time status). Our therapists are expected to provide highly personalized, evidence-based care in our Clarksville clinic. We want team members looking to build their strengths and grow personally and professionally; we maintain a high-quality standard of one-on-one care and expect our team to exceed expectations with every interaction.
We have a rapidly growing pelvic health program at our facility and we are trying to expand our team to meet demand. High Pointe has a reputation as the leading provider of pelvic physical therapy in our area since we opened in 2006. Pelvic health experience and/or training is preferred but we will consider on-the-job training if you are an experienced orthopedic therapist who has the desire to go into pelvic health. We treat all genders - experience with all genders is not necessary but a desire to provide the best care possible is required. All pelvic health therapists participate in biweekly mentoring and collaboration sessions to tackle complex cases and discuss treatment approaches/pelvic health topics.
Our core values are Lifelong Learning, Initiative, Fun, Elevating Others, and Clinical Excellence - we look for team members who embody these values and can make a meaningful contribution to our work family. We strive to provide effective care that is fun and engaging with a patient-first mentality. If you value a title over teamwork, this is not the job for you...if you love the therapy profession and have a positive attitude, please apply!
High Pointe provides a competitive benefits package that includes: a base salary + bonus compensation model (you can give yourself a raise at any time), paid time off, paid holidays, continuing education stipend, paid APTA dues and licensure fees, retirement with match, medical insurance, group dental & vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance available, student loan assistance for new graduates, FitFund reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
