    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Coaching and mentoring Territory and Area Sales Managers
    • Recruiting top sales talent and building high-performing teams
    • Driving lead generation and emotional sales closings
    • Performing product demos and cross-selling across product lines
    • Building relationships with key healthcare providers and associations
    • Reporting pipeline activity and sales metrics via Salesforce
