    Job Title: Area Cleaning Supervisor Location: Greater Fort Wayne area + surrounding communities Position Type: 30+ Hours per week Pay: $16-$19 dependent on experience

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Overseeing and supporting cleaning technicians across multiple client locations

    Traveling daily to accounts throughout the greater Fort Wayne area and nearby communities

    Inspecting buildings and making sure every detail meets our standards (not just “good enough”)

    Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable

    Jumping in and cleaning when needed — leading by example is part of the job

    Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly and professionally

    Keeping supplies organized and ensuring teams are set up for success
