Area Cleaning Supervisor 📍 Greater Fort Wayne Area & Surrounding Communities 🕒 30+ Hours per Week (Includes Rotating Weekends) 💲 $16–$19/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple client locations across the Fort Wayne area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations

Travel daily throughout the greater Fort Wayne area

Inspect facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality standards

Train, coach, and support team members

Step in to assist with cleaning when needed

Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally

Ensure teams have the supplies and support they need to succeed

Clean driving record and reliable transportation (daily travel required)

Strong work ethic and sense of accountability

High attention to detail—you catch what others overlook

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant direction

Willingness to be hands-on and support your team

Availability for rotating weekends
