BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that will tone, refine, and sculpt your body & mind in just 45 minutes. Our instructors have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in the United States. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method taught on custom-built reformers to deliver one of the most efficient full-body workouts there is. Our trainers are connected to a microphone instructing to heart-pumping music in high-energy studios. Studio locations: Tampa Bay (Sparkman Wharf, Downtown St Pete, Westchase)
Job Summary: The Area Director Of Operations ensures that all operations functions within the studios and provide the best member experience, and team member environment, and contribute to the studios' financial success.
The Area Director Of Operations recruits, interviews, trains, develops, and schedules a diverse team and provides leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves goals.
This position is responsible for communicating and upholding company policies, and standards and delivering on our commitment to a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio.
Responsible for the successful attainment of studio targets (e.g. member service, cleanliness, revenue, and retention)
Ensures that the facility is well equipped, and provides a clean and safe environment for both members and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage studio operations/studio walkthroughs
Manage Studio Advisor scheduling
Manage Studio Advisor time & attendance
Create and implement retail & water inventory/sales reporting
Studio Advisor hiring i.e. phone interviews & assist with In-person interviews
Manage Studio Advisor onboarding
Manage studio binders
Manage Studio Advisor written warnings and disciplinary documentation
Manage inventory at all studios
Oversee cleanliness of studios
Manage studio audits
Manage and conduct Studio Advisor performance reviews
Must be available to work one weekend event a month
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in the studio; move about studio floors and rooms; review, revise, and create studio paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
The noise level in the environment is loud
Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business, including frequent extended workdays, weekends and holidays may be required
Travel:
Must have a personal vehicle to travel between studios.
