We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with hotel operations and marketing initiatives. • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth. • Represent our brand at industry events, promoting brand visibility and establishing new business partnerships. • Actively participate in local market sales efforts, including on-site visits, presentations, and networking events. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written). • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
