Responsibilities: If you’re a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality sales, we want to hear from you! • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Actively participate in local market sales efforts, including on-site visits, presentations, and networking events. • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth. • Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written). • Experience in opening hotels is a plus. Compensation: $70,000+ yearly + Bonus
