As a Janitorial Day Supervisor, you’ll:

Lead a team of cleaners across multiple buildings

Jump in to assist when staffing is tight

Act as the go-to person for your clients

Handle inspections, training, and problem-solving on the fly.

No janitorial experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the technical side—you bring your leadership, communication skills, and hustle.

Proven leadership (store lead, assistant manager, shift supervisor, etc.)

Excellent communicator (face-to-face, phone, text, email)

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Clean driving record
